Personal data
This site describes Daveli’s services. It has no accounts or forms. Contact links open your email or phone application. Information you send is used to respond to your inquiry and, where applicable, prepare an engagement. Contact emails with no follow-up are retained for two years from receipt.
The server logs requests and errors: IP address, timestamp, requested path, response status and browser information. Logs support site operation and incident investigation. Daveli web logs are retained for up to two years from recording; system logs may be deleted sooner.
These pages set no cookies and use no local storage, advertising trackers, remote fonts or third-party embeds.
David Bories is the data controller. Preparing a requested quote or engagement relies on pre-contractual measures. Other correspondence and site security rely on Daveli’s legitimate interests in responding to inquiries and maintaining a reliable service.
Data is accessible to David Bories and technical providers as required for their role: Hostinger for the server and OVHcloud for incoming email. You choose what to send; a reply address and a description of your request are needed for a response. The site makes no automated decisions about you.
The two-year period for emails with no follow-up does not cover engagement records, accounting documents or evidence needed to defend legal rights. Separate contractual or statutory retention periods apply to those records.
Hostinger may use sub-processors outside the European Economic Area. Its processing terms specify applicable safeguards, including standard contractual clauses where required. Contact us for information about providers and safeguards affecting your data.
You may request access, correction, erasure or restriction, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Data portability applies where its conditions are met. Send requests to contact@daveli.fr. You may also complain to the French data protection authority, CNIL.
